Failure to cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled class is considered a "no-show" with NO refund.

50% of the class cost is required to hold your spot and full payment must be paid prior to attending class. 

If you are more than 10 minutes late for class, you will be required to reschedule, and a $10 rescheduling fee will be added to your next class.

It is your responsibility to know what classes you need per your profession. Many employers require certain certifications. If you need assistance, please review the class descriptions and feel free to give us a call or send an email. 

Should you need a duplicate card it will be a $25 fee and once paid it will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours.

Please email savingalife24@gmail.com when requesting a refund. Please include the following:

• Your First and Last name (as it appears on your CPR card)

• The date the payment was made.

• The name and date of the scheduled class.

• The type of card and last four digits of the card that was used.

• The confirmation number for which the payment was made.

• The reason for the refund.

Failure to provide this information could result in a delay of your refund
